Ernesto enjoys being active in his faith community and serves as Secretary for New Dawn Communities (NDC), a nonprofit organization that tackles poverty in developing countries by providing education to orphaned youth. NDC operates Secondary Schools in Kenya and Tanzania, East Africa that Ernesto enjoys visiting as often as possible.

Ernesto has a proven track record of driving performance, enhancing operational excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring quality outcomes for private, public, and federal clients, leading to long-term partnerships and profitability across various sectors.
At RWE, Ernesto spearheads commercial strategies, including pre-construction, logistics, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, to ensure the successful planning and execution of large-scale utility and renewable projects. A strong advocate for the industry, he is also a board member of the AGC Inland Empire District.
